Tired of the traditional turkey feast? Want to have your turkey on the table without having to get up before the sun to prep and cook your bird? Maybe you’re like my family and want to jazz up your Thanksgiving feast with a nice sit-down meal vs. the buffet-style gorging that usually takes place. Either way, we’d like to offer you some twists on your traditional feast this year. Try one recipe or try them all and let us know what you think!

- Thanksgiving Stuffing
- Roasted Sweet Potato Mash
- Apple Brown Betty
- Wine Pairing Suggestion: Sauvignon Blanc (light and crisp)

- Brown Sugar

- Cornstarch
- Dried Sage
- Granulated Garlic
- Granulated Onion
- Ground Cinnamon
- Margarine
- Nutmeg
- Olive Oil
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Poultry Seasoning
- Salt
- Vegetable Oil
- Water
- White Vinegar
Grocery List:
- 3 sticks of Butter
- 8 Apples
- 1 Lemon
- Finely Chopped Walnuts
- Mozzarella Balls
- 13 Cups Bread Crumbs
- Celery
- Fresh Parsley
- Fresh Basil
- 2 Medium Onions
- Tomatoes
- 8 Large Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Can Cranberry Concentrate
- 2 Cups Apple Juice

- Fresh Boneless Turkey Breast – Butcher can bone, but leave breasts attached
