Banana Bread
A sweet and traditional bread.
Ingredients
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Banana Pulp (2-3 bananas)
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/3 Cup Flour (sifted)
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
Directions
- Mash your bananas and add all ingredients except for nuts. Beat for about one minute.
- Fold in nuts.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
- Enjoy.
Notes
If you have bananas that are browning, throw them into your freezer and save them until you have enough to make bread. Don’t throw them out, they will freeze just fine.
