Bierock Casserole
Much easier than making the individual Bierocks.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 2 tubes Crescent Rolls
- 1 package shredded Cabbage
- 2 Cups shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 Cup Onions, diced
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Brown meat and onions, drain fat. Add cabbage and steam about 10 minutes.
- Add celery soup and season to taste.
- Line a 9″ x 13″ pan with one can of rolls. Top with the meat & cabbage mixture. Top with cheese.
- Place the second can of rolls on the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
You might want to drain the beef/cabbage mixture one last time before assembling.
