Brownie Pudding
Warm chocolate cake with chocolate fudge pudding! Paired great with ice cream on top!
Ingredients
- Brownie Mixture:
- 1 Cup Flour
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- Pudding:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetend Cocoa
- 1.5 Cups Boiling Water
Directions
- Combine all brownie ingredients and mix well. Pour into 8″ square baking dish (greased).
- Mix pudding ingredients and pour over top of brownie mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. The brownie mixture will bake and rise to the top and the pudding will fall to bottom.
Notes
Best when served warm! Ice cream will melt right over it!
