Catfish with Mustard Sauce- easy
Only 5 ingredients add tons of awesome flavor to this high protein dish.
Ingredients
- 4 Catfish Fillets, about 8oz. each
- 4 Lemon Wedges
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped and toasted
- 2 Tbsp. Chives, chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Coat a broiler pan with non-stick spray and preheat the broiler.
- Place your fillets on the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mustard over the top of fillets.
- Broil on top rack for 5-6 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork.
- Plate your fillet with a lemon wedge. Sprinkle with pecans and chives.
- Enjoy!
