Catfish with Mustard Sauce- easy

Only 5 ingredients add tons of awesome flavor to this high protein dish.

    Ingredients

  • 4 Catfish Fillets, about 8oz. each
  • 4 Lemon Wedges
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
    Directions

  1. Coat a broiler pan with non-stick spray and preheat the broiler.
  2. Place your fillets on the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mustard over the top of fillets.
  3. Broil on top rack for 5-6 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork.
  4. Plate your fillet with a lemon wedge. Sprinkle with pecans and chives.
  5. Enjoy!
