Easy baked hashbrowns that are great as a side for any meal, even breakfast.

    Ingredients

  • 1 30oz. bag of Hashbrowns (country style potatoes)
  • 2 Cups shredded Cheddar
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 pint Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup diced Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
    Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bake in a 9″ x 13″ dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Notes
You can mix up the type of hashbrowns that you use. Try the kind with peppers and onions.
