Chicken Enchiladas

Simple and tasty.

    Ingredients

  • 3 cans Enchilada Sauce, you choose the heat
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1-2 lbs. Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 4 Cups Shredded Cheddar
  • Tortillas
    Directions

  1. In a large pan on the stove heat 2 cans of enchilada sauce, 2 cans soup, onions, shredded chicken and 2 cups of shredded cheddar.
  2. Take your tortillas and fill them with the mixture and line them up in a casserole dish.
  3. Top with third can of sauce and rest of cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
