Chicken Enchiladas
Simple and tasty.
Ingredients
- 3 cans Enchilada Sauce, you choose the heat
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1-2 lbs. Chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 small Onion, diced
- 4 Cups Shredded Cheddar
- Tortillas
Directions
- In a large pan on the stove heat 2 cans of enchilada sauce, 2 cans soup, onions, shredded chicken and 2 cups of shredded cheddar.
- Take your tortillas and fill them with the mixture and line them up in a casserole dish.
- Top with third can of sauce and rest of cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
