Chicken Tetrazinni

An easy & delicious fix for entertaining or just a regular family dinner.

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 small can Mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbsp chopped Pimento or Red Pepper
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped
  • 1-8 oz Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Spaghetti, cooked
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Paprika
    Directions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add soups and mushrooms; remove from heat.
  3. Add pimento, chicken, sour cream and spaghetti.
  4. Pour into a 9×13 pan or shallow baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Notes
Turkey may be substituted for the chicken. This makes a great makeover meal after Thanksgiving or Christmas.
