Chili Lime Corn on the Cob

The most flavorful corn on the cob.

    Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • Pepper, dash
  • 6-10 ears of Corn
    Directions

  1. Mix all above ingredients together.
  2. Pull back the husks of your corn and remove the silk.
  3. Rub the butter mixture all over the corn and pull the husks back over the corn. Tie closed with kitchen string.
  4. Grill for around 15 minutes and serve.
