Chili Lime Corn on the Cob
The most flavorful corn on the cob.
Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder
- Pepper, dash
- 6-10 ears of Corn
Directions
- Mix all above ingredients together.
- Pull back the husks of your corn and remove the silk.
- Rub the butter mixture all over the corn and pull the husks back over the corn. Tie closed with kitchen string.
- Grill for around 15 minutes and serve.
