Coco’s Peanut Butter & Chocolate Truffles
These are great around the Holidays to give out with a plate of cookies. Super rich and crunchy!
Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 Cups Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 1/2 Cups Rice Krispies
- Melted Dark Chocolate
- Melted White Chocolate
Directions
- Cream Butter and Peanut Butter together.
- Gradually add powdered sugar. Stir in Rice Krispies.
- Form into Walnut sized balls.
- Dip in Chocolate, cool on waxed paper. Drizzle with the White Chocolate to decorate.
Notes
Spend a bit of time forming the balls and the chocolate will stick better.
