Country Fried Steak
Simple version! Easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Ground Hamburger
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 pkg. Saltine Crackers, crushed
Directions
- Make you hamburger patties, set aside.
- Mix your eggs and milk with whisk.
- Add salt and pepper to crushed crackers.
- Dip your patty into milk mixture, then press into cracker mixture. Both sides.
- Place in skillet, cover and cook on medium heat. Flip at about 5 minutes. Cook until hamburger is cooked well.
Notes
My mom always served with mashed potatoes and country white gravy.
