Cream Corn

Cream Corn
This is a rich country cream corn recipe that will compliment your dinner!
Ingredients
- 2 bags Frozen Corn, large
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- In saucepan combine all ingredients except cheese. Salt and Pepper to season.
- Cook on medium heat until well heated, melted and hot!
- Add the cheese, stir in.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- You can put in an oven safe dish and keep warm until ready to serve.
Notes
You can prepare this in your crockpot too if you are limited on oven space.
