Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
Prep work is nothing for this warm dinner that is so comforting.
Ingredients
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 package Onion Soup Mix
- 1 package Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 large Onion cut into rings
- 1 large package Beef Stew Meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes to taste
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- Wide Egg Noodles
Directions
- Put all ingredients, except the sour cream and noodles, into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Turn heat off and stir in your container of sour cream. Serve over cooked Egg Noodles.
- Enjoy.
Notes
Try tossing your Egg Noodles with a bit of butter or olive oil to keep them from sticking.
