Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Prep work is nothing for this warm dinner that is so comforting.

    Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 package Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 package Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 large Onion cut into rings
  • 1 large package Beef Stew Meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste
  • 16 oz. Sour Cream
  • Wide Egg Noodles
    Directions

  1. Put all ingredients, except the sour cream and noodles, into the crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  3. Turn heat off and stir in your container of sour cream. Serve over cooked Egg Noodles.
  4. Enjoy.

Notes
Try tossing your Egg Noodles with a bit of butter or olive oil to keep them from sticking.

  1. I really liked this and was surprised. The flavor is great and I think the stock and the onions make it delicious.
