Crockpot Burritos
A family favorite!
Ingredients
- 3lb. Beef Roast
- 1 small jar Picante Sauce
- 1 can Refried Beans
Directions
- Cook roast and picante sauce in crockpot on low heat for about 6 hours (or high heat for 3-4 hours).
- Remove roast from crockpot and shred with fork.
- Replace in crockpot and add refried beans until warm.
- Serve meat on warmed flour tortillas. Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole or other favorite burrito toppings.
Notes
Substitute a pork roast for shredded pork burritos.
Serves 8-10
