Crockpot Burritos

A family favorite!

    Ingredients

  • 3lb. Beef Roast
  • 1 small jar Picante Sauce
  • 1 can Refried Beans
    Directions

  1. Cook roast and picante sauce in crockpot on low heat for about 6 hours (or high heat for 3-4 hours).
  2. Remove roast from crockpot and shred with fork.
  3. Replace in crockpot and add refried beans until warm.
  4. Serve meat on warmed flour tortillas. Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole or other favorite burrito toppings.

Notes
Substitute a pork roast for shredded pork burritos.
Serves 8-10

  1. I was completely surprised by hot tasty this was. Very easy and good. Great for a group of people because it can just sit in the crockpot until people want to eat.
