Gingerbread Ornaments
These aromatic ornaments are fun and easy to make, but don’t try to eat them! YUCK!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Salt
- 1 Cup Water
- Holiday Cookie Cutters
- 1 Straw
- Ribbon
Directions
- Mix ingredients.
- Roll out dough and use cookie cutters to create your favorite holiday shapes.
- Take your straw and poke a hole near the top of your shape, creating a space to loop your ribbon hanger.
- Place on coated cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool and loop your ribbon through the hole to complete your ornaments.
Notes
Once they cool, you may use markers to add a personal touch.
