Greek Pasta Salad
Make this salad ahead of time, it’s better if it chills and marinades.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. Basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 3 Cups cooked Shell Pasta
- 3 Cups sliced Mushrooms
- 1 large Tomatoe, diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Cup crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup chopped Green Onions
- 1 4oz can sliced Black Olives
- Handful sliced Pepperoni
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, pepper, and sugar.
- Add the shells, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, cheese, onions, olives, and pepperoni.
- Toss, cover and chill.
