Greek Pasta Salad

Make this salad ahead of time, it’s better if it chills and marinades.

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 3 Cups cooked Shell Pasta
  • 3 Cups sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 large Tomatoe, diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 Cup crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup chopped Green Onions
  • 1 4oz can sliced Black Olives
  • Handful sliced Pepperoni
    Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, pepper, and sugar.
  2. Add the shells, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, cheese, onions, olives, and pepperoni.
  3. Toss, cover and chill.
