Hamburger-Potato-Cheese Casserole
Quick comfort food dinner!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 6 large Potatoes, pealed and sliced into 1/4 inch slices.
- Velveta Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- In double broiler; brown ground beef until cooked.
- Once your beef is browned and chopped up, season with pepper and salt.
- Add your sliced potatoes on top of your hamburger in the double broiler.
- With lid on, cook for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Slice your Velveta cheese and cover the top of your potatoes. Cover and let the cheese melt.
- Dinner is served!
Notes
I like to serve with green beans and buttered bread.
