Hamburger-Potato-Cheese Casserole

Quick comfort food dinner!

    Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 6 large Potatoes, pealed and sliced into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Velveta Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
    Directions

  1. In double broiler; brown ground beef until cooked.
  2. Once your beef is browned and chopped up, season with pepper and salt.
  3. Add your sliced potatoes on top of your hamburger in the double broiler.
  4. With lid on, cook for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Slice your Velveta cheese and cover the top of your potatoes. Cover and let the cheese melt.
  6. Dinner is served!

Notes
I like to serve with green beans and buttered bread.
