Hot Fudge
Topping for ice cream or indulging by the spoon full!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1.5 Cups Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Karo Syrup
- 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
Directions
- Mix first five ingredients in saucepan. Stir over medium/high heat. Bring to boil(Do not let boil over 1 minute). Stirring constantly.
- Take off heat and add vanilla and butter.
- Let cool. And indulge!
Notes
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the hot fudge!
Serves 8-12
