Hot Fudge

Topping for ice cream or indulging by the spoon full!

    Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1.5 Cups Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Karo Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
    Directions

  1. Mix first five ingredients in saucepan. Stir over medium/high heat. Bring to boil(Do not let boil over 1 minute). Stirring constantly.
  2. Take off heat and add vanilla and butter.
  3. Let cool. And indulge!

Notes
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the hot fudge!
Serves 8-12
