How to Host a Frozen Meal Exchange

The perfect way to stock your freezer and have a good time!

Round up 5 friends and count yourself - there will be 6 people participating. Have each person make 6 meals that freeze well - equivalent to a 9×13 pan. Each meal is to be sealed, labeled with reheating directions and then frozen.

Have everyone over to your house for a simple meal- like a baked potato bar. You can provided drinks and potatoes - have everyone else bring the toppings. At the end of the party, you get to take home 5 different meals that will be ready in a flash. Keep the 6th meal you made and you will be stocked up with 6 meals to use when you are in a rush!
