How To Make Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

For each egg that you want to cook, I add 1 tsp of milk with the eggs into a bowl. I then whisk them with a fork until all are combined.

Spray the skillet with PAM and preheat at a medium setting. When the skillet is warm, I pour in the eggs and salt and pepper to liking.Then I sprinkle grated cheddar cheese (amount to your liking) over the top of the egg mixture. As the eggs cook, I scrape the eggs toward the center to allow the liquid to run to the sides and cook. Keep stirring until the consistance you desire and serve.

Variation: My family also likes toast in the eggs. After you prepare the egg mixture, set it aside to prepare the toasted bread. Heat the skillet to medium. Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter into the skillet to melt. Use 2 pieces of bread for 3 eggs. Tear the untoasted bread into pieces (about nickle size) and put into the skillet with the melted butter. Stir until toasted. Then pour the egg mixture over the bread evenly and continue as above.
