Jalapeno Corn Bread Bake
Ingredients
- 2 14oz. cans Cream-style Corn
- 3/4 cup Cornmeal
- 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs, beaten
Directions
- Combine the corn, cornmeal, Velveeta cheese, baking powder, jalapeño pepper, vegetable oil and eggs in a deep oven proof bowl/bread pan.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
