Jalapeno Corn Bread Bake

    Ingredients

  • 2 14oz. cans Cream-style Corn
  • 3/4 cup Cornmeal
  • 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
    Directions

  1. Combine the corn, cornmeal, Velveeta cheese, baking powder, jalapeño pepper, vegetable oil and eggs in a deep oven proof bowl/bread pan.
  2. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
