Meatball Subs

A delish and filling sandwich.

    Ingredients

  • 24 Italian Meatballs; frozen (use store bought or our Italian Meatball recipe)
  • 1-26oz jar of your favorite Spaghetti Sauce
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Italian Hoagie Buns
  • Optional Toppings:
  • JalapeƱos
  • Diced Green Peppers
  • Avocados
    Directions

  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, warm meatballs and spaghetti sauce.
  2. Preheat oven to 275. Open hoagie buns and space evenly on a cookie sheet. Place in the oven and remove when toasted.
  3. Spoon meatballs and sauce into buns and top with Parmesan cheese and other favorite toppings.

Notes
Make a double batch of our homemade Italian Meatballs, bake and freeze into dinner-sized portions. Now you can use homemade meatballs for quick and easy meatball subs!

If you have the time, you can also heat your meatballs and sauce in the crockpot. Perfect for buffet-style gatherings!
