Mexican Bean Dip
A variation of the 7-layer dip.
Ingredients
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 small jar (4oz) Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- Optional: Diced Black Olives or Jalapenos
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients and spread onto serving plate.
- Layer the remaining ingredients in order.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
We love making this for a community meal with our kids. They think it’s cool because we all eat with our fingers. We think it’s cool because it’s minimal clean-up.
