Mexican Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 16oz. Sour Cream
- 1 can Mexican Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 12oz. bag of shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Taco Seasoning (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
