No-Measure Bacon Cheese Dip

No measuring required! This dip is hot and addictive. Remember no calorie counting allowed when sharing with friends.

    Ingredients

  • 1 16oz. Sour Cream (regular, not lite)
  • 1 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened (regular, not lite)
  • 1 12oz. bag of shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 3oz. jar Hormel Bacon Pieces
  • 1 bunch green Onions, finely chopped
    Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Transfer to small baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Remove and serve with crackers.

Notes
When you remove from the oven, there may be some grease that rose to the top. Gently press a paper towel on top to remove the excess grease.
Serves 6-8

  2. Very quick and easy. It was a little salty, so I might used reduced sodium chicken broth and a little less seasoned salt next time. Tasty and different!
