No Peek Chicken
Easy Chicken and rice recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 large cans chicken, or 1 whole chicken boiled and shredded.
- 1 can creamy onion soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of chicken OR mushroom soup
- 1 small box instant rice
Directions
- Mix all soups together in large bowl.
- Add the chicken and uncooked rice.
- Pour into large covered baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 to 55 minutes. DO NOT OPEN during baking. (NO PEEKING) Pyrex or a roasting pan works best.
Notes
Spray pan with non-stick spray before cooking.
This is very good the next day also..great leftovers.

Very good meal! I could not find cream of onion soup, so I added a package of onion soup mix and 1/2 cup of water. Also I used chicken breast, cooked and seasoned and chopped carrots. Very tasty!
Lite comfort food! My husband thought it tasted like a pot pie, he loved it! Simple to make and easy for two (half the recipe). I added a little green onion and cilantro and topped it off with fresh parmesan cheese. A new favorite!
