Rib Steak Supreme
The ultimate steak marinade!
Ingredients
- 2 6oz. cans Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed
- 2/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp. Celery Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 4 Rib Steaks
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except steak!) in a freezer ziplock bag.
- Add steak to bag and refrigerate to marinate for 3-4 hours.
- Let set in room temperature for 20 minutes, take out of bag and put steak onto hot grill!
Notes
The key is the lemonade, it tenderizes the steak! This is a Mai family “secret” marinade, you may not want to tell anyone about, it’s that good! Enjoy! (P.S. don’t tell my mother-in-law you got it from me!)
