Roasted Potatoes
An easy side that you can make your own by using your favorite herbs.
Ingredients
- 3 large Potatoes, cut into 2 inch cubes
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs (try rosemary if you don’t have a fave)
Directions
- Wash and cut your potatoes.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil and lightly coat it with Olive Oil. Place cut Potatoes on foil.
- Drizzle your Potatoes with Olive Oil. Sprinkle your herbs, salt and pepper on the potatoes.
- Toss the Potatoes to evenly coat and cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until soft and golden.
Notes
Try Red Pepper Flakes if serving with Mexican Food. You can use the main herb in your dish to coat these as a side.
