Turkey Gravy

Turkey Gravy
This is a simple recipe you can use with your drippings from your turkey or make with canned stock.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Turkey or Chicken Stock
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/3 cup Cold Water
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Heat stock in saucepan.
- In a small cup mix your cornstarch and cold water.
- Slowly pour into heated stock.
- Stir to thicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
Double this recipe as needed.
