Turkey Gravy

This is a simple recipe you can use with your drippings from your turkey or make with canned stock.

    Ingredients

  • 4 cups Turkey or Chicken Stock
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup Cold Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
    Directions

  1. Heat stock in saucepan.
  2. In a small cup mix your cornstarch and cold water.
  3. Slowly pour into heated stock.
  4. Stir to thicken.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes
Double this recipe as needed.
