Zesty Seasoned Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large Baking Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
- Scrub the potatoes and slice in rounds, leaving on the skin if you like.
- Soak in ice water for 15 minutes; drain
- Combine the canola oil, Dijon mustard, seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese in a baking dish; mix well.
- Stir in the potatoes; marinate for 30 minutes.
- Place on baking sheets. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes
