Zesty Seasoned Potatoes

    Ingredients

  • 4 large Baking Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    Directions

  1. Scrub the potatoes and slice in rounds, leaving on the skin if you like.
  2. Soak in ice water for 15 minutes; drain
  3. Combine the canola oil, Dijon mustard, seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese in a baking dish; mix well.
  4. Stir in the potatoes; marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Place on baking sheets. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes
