Pear & Walnut Salad
You and your guests will flip over this simply divine salad that tantalizes the tastebuds with every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 Head of Romaine lettuce
- 1 Bag of Spring salad mix
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 fresh pears, sliced
- Dried cherries
- Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- Walnuts, toasted
- Paul Newman’s Cranberry & Walnut Balsamic Vinegrette
Directions
- Wash and cut lettuce and toss together.
- Add bacon, cherries, walnuts, cheese and top with sliced pears.
- Toss lightly with dressing and serve.
