Pear & Walnut Salad

You and your guests will flip over this simply divine salad that tantalizes the tastebuds with every bite.

    Ingredients
  • 1 Head of Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Bag of Spring salad mix
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 fresh pears, sliced
  • Dried cherries
  • Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • Walnuts, toasted
  • Paul Newman’s Cranberry & Walnut Balsamic Vinegrette
    Directions
  1. Wash and cut lettuce and toss together.
  2. Add bacon, cherries, walnuts, cheese and top with sliced pears.
  3. Toss lightly with dressing and serve.
