Originally from O’Fallon, Missouri, Jordan is the middle child of 5 and is no stranger to cooking for her large family. Influenced at an early age by her mother, Margie, Jordan recalls family dinners that were both creative and on the table in a flash! Her mother taught her that meals should be colorful and it’s a constant reminder to prepare well-balanced meals for her own family today.
Jordan proudly joined the Mai Family in the fall of 2001, marrying the eldest Mai son, Eric. Together, they have a daughter, 4, and a son, 3, and another child on the way. As a stay-at-home mom, the biggest challenge is cooking something the entire family will enjoy every night! Jordan loves the crockpot meals, but is always looking for creative and easy recipes, so share your favorites!

Meg Dubosky
Meg (Mai) Dubosky, Advertising / Development | Contact Meg
Meg grew up in Kansas and now lives in the mountains of Colorado. She and her husband, Paul, have 3 small children and she is learning to cook for larger groups later in life. She was lucky to grow up in the same town as both sets of grandparents and eat and learn the German recipes that are now on the website. A few German favorites are Butterball Soup, Bierocks, and Galushkies. Basically anything with Sour Kraut or salt!
Meg’s favorite things to cook and eat are meat and veggies, which is not a surprise being raised by a vegetarian Mom and a grilling Dad. Her food motto: nothing on Earth compares to a big Porterhouse and a good salad together.
