Easy baked hashbrowns that are great as a side for any meal, even breakfast.
- 1 30oz. bag of Hashbrowns (country style potatoes)
- 2 Cups shredded Cheddar
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 pint Sour Cream
- 1 Cup diced Onions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake in a 9″ x 13″ dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
You can mix up the type of hashbrowns that you use. Try the kind with peppers and onions.
