Ingredients
2 14oz. cans Cream-style Corn
3/4 cup Cornmeal
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 Jalapeño Pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs, beaten
Directions
Combine the corn, cornmeal, Velveeta cheese, baking powder, jalapeño pepper, vegetable oil and eggs in a deep oven proof bowl/bread pan.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
