Cinnamon-Apple Pork Tenderloin

The aroma will have your mouth watering even before you see this beautiful main course.

    Ingredients
  • 1-1 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
  • 3-4 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar, packed
    Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Place pork tenderloin in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon over pork.
  4. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon sauce over the top of the pork.
  5. Return to oven to bake, uncovere, for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes
Internal pork temp: 150-160 degrees
