Cinnamon-Apple Pork Tenderloin
The aroma will have your mouth watering even before you see this beautiful main course.
Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 1 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
- 3-4 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar, packed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place pork tenderloin in a shallow baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon over pork.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon sauce over the top of the pork.
- Return to oven to bake, uncovere, for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
Internal pork temp: 150-160 degrees
