Coco’s Peanut Butter & Chocolate Truffles

These are great around the Holidays to give out with a plate of cookies. Super rich and crunchy!

    Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 Cups Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Cups Rice Krispies
  • Melted Dark Chocolate
  • Melted White Chocolate
    Directions

  1. Cream Butter and Peanut Butter together.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar. Stir in Rice Krispies.
  3. Form into Walnut sized balls.
  4. Dip in Chocolate, cool on waxed paper. Drizzle with the White Chocolate to decorate.

Notes
Spend a bit of time forming the balls and the chocolate will stick better.
