7 Layer Dip

7 Layer Dip
The traditional Mexican chip dip. Great for a party!
Ingredients
- 24 oz. Refried Beans
- 5-6 ripe Avacadoes
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp. Mayo
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 1-2 bunches Green Onions, chopped
- 2 large Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 4oz. can sliced Black Olives
- 1-2 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- On a large round plate or dish spread your beans evenly. Layer your mashed avocadoes over the beans and sprinkle with your lemon juice.
- Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning. Spread over the avocadoes.
- Next layer the tomatoes and onions. Add the olives. Finish with the cheese.
- Serve with chips for dipping.
Notes
You can make this as spicy as you like!
