7 Layer Dip

7layerdip7 Layer Dip

The traditional Mexican chip dip. Great for a party!

    Ingredients

  • 24 oz. Refried Beans
  • 5-6 ripe Avacadoes
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 1-2 bunches Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 large Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 4oz. can sliced Black Olives
  • 1-2 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
    Directions

  1. On a large round plate or dish spread your beans evenly. Layer your mashed avocadoes over the beans and sprinkle with your lemon juice.
  2. Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning. Spread over the avocadoes.
  3. Next layer the tomatoes and onions. Add the olives. Finish with the cheese.
  4. Serve with chips for dipping.

Notes
You can make this as spicy as you like!
