Marinated Pork Tenderloin
This recipe is simple, but is most flavorful if the meat marinates overnight.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- crushed garlic, to taste
- chopped or dried rosemary, to taste
- chopped or dried thyme, to taste
- fresh cracked pepper
- 1-2 TB dijon mustard
Directions
- Mix thoroughly, then add to a gallon-size freezer bag (or dish), along with a pork tenderloin that has had holes poked into it to allow more of the marinade to soak in.
- Leave overnight, or at least 2 hours.
- Throw on the grill.
